Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. As a small brand, and because some of our products are handmade, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Lost Packages
The only circumstance in which a refund may be issued is if your package is officially confirmed as lost in transit. To qualify for a refund:

  • The shipment must be marked as “lost” by the shipping carrier
  • The tracking information must clearly show that the package has been lost

If your order meets these conditions, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
